He is a system QB but he can play. I believe the school actually moved up in class the last year or two and won the state title in their class.

I really think choosing Tulsa was the best move possible for Chad President if he wants to play QB. Don't think he'll start next season and really think he needs a lot of work in terms of passing, but I wouldn't see him having a good shot of getting a starting spot anywhere else around Texas at the D1 level.
