I can't speak for other bands in our conference, but I know that UT and Baylor's bands (which are 3x bigger to start with) pay their band members cash for games attended over breaks (anywhere from $20-$50 per game). Once again, it comes down to the band's tiny budget

Alumni Band Rocks.
Thanks-it would really suck without them during the break
Other schools are state schools with more local students

Guys chill out..its holiday break...look at the other games...its all the same. Memphis was sparse as well and its always a sell out.

The problem I had?...the band played the 60's song from the Turtles "Happy Together"...c'mon get up to date ..at least a song from the 90's?..lol
