Not a bad comparison. Didn't our Watters wear 11?

What an incredibly awesome attempted kick. UCLA kid made an amazing recovery.

My buddy at the game said 10K at kickoff and about 3,500 at start of fourth quarter.

Yeah I know but if SMU was playing in that game with drizzling rain in the 30s we have evidence that most of the crowd would sit it out or be on the concourse out of the rain. UH brought a nice crowd to Ford I'm sure they would have been in Amon Carter (but I think they've played in that game about 4 times so maybe not)

Again you project your BS. SMU fans attended AFB, Compass Bowl, NIT finals. Get off it and just speak the facts and not hypotheticals. The Ft Worth, Pitt, and UH crowd did not attend the game. Period. Has nothing to do with SMU. We weren't involved.

Look I've been there ever single damn time SMU fans over 50 years have abandoned the team, left at halftime, decided not to sit in rain or cold temperature or simply gave up on a season. I've been there many times when there were no more than a 1,000 fans left in the stands. I've been there when we took 800 to College Station and 1,800 to TCU and 1200 to Baylor playing against national prominent teams. So screw you. I know the facts. There are maybe 100 fans fans that can say they have stood by the team in ALL conditions over any length of time. I'm one of them.

ECU gets it to 21-14 and just like that Florida goes up 28-14 on an 86-yard TD pass.

SEC East headed for a clean sweep; their only losers turn out to be the upper echelon of the Western Division...go figure
