it's skewed by a few mega blowouts (wins by 61, 73,89 and two by 51) but their average margin of victory is 41

It's crazy think a guy who already graduated from college, couldn't do well enough to be eligible after one semester at SMU.

im wondering how long the panic crowd will feed off of this stuff constantly. We will ebb and flow and lose guys and pick up guys through transfer. its what every good program does. Get used to it - or alternatively you can keep being drama queens every time it happens.

I am also not that concerned about LB leaving. We all know he will within 2-3 yrs I think he wants another run if at all possible and we all hope he gets one. The school has figured out how important this is to us, and we will keep pumping money into the program to insure success. Schools with a lot less to offer than SMU who also don't have LB have figured out how to maintain basketball.

You maintain it by keeping guys eligable. Whether we are falling in line with standard practices is a valid question. Right now it doesn't seem that way
