wonder if LB has thought about some private shot coach to tweak his shot. It doesn't look fundamentally off - and he scored much better at VT - so something mental is going on and those things can be fixed. His defense is pretty solid.

I would LOVE to face them in the tourney. I'd fly out to anywhere to see that and pay for anyone else who'd join me if they promise to be rowdy as hell! :-)

Going to hold you to that if it happens.

Good observation. I do worry about the depth but the "new" lineup is a bit more reserved for sure.

I would trade Keith for Benny any day.

Come on guys. His name is Manuel, not Manual. You'd think we would get it right after 4 years.

Assuming Ben E comes around even a little, I think our depth is okay. That is a mean looking 8 man rotation. And sterling makes it all work well because he can play 2 or 3 and when he plays the 3 you don't feel like you lose anything cause he plays big and plays smart. So have sterling play most of the 3 minutes and then have Ben moore take the rest of the 3 minutes along with some backup 4 minutes. I think of it this way:

1 - Nic (30), Manuel (10)
2 - Manuel (20), Sterling (10), Ben E (10)
3 - Sterling (20), B. Moore (20)
4 - Markus (30), Moore (10)
5 - Yanick (30), Cannen (10)

Maybe if Ben E picks up his game you give him Sterling's 2 minutes, give Sterling 30 minutes at the 3, and reduce B. Moore to 20 minutes split between 3, 4.

Yes the 30 minutes for Nic Moore is probably not realistic some games. And I am not a basketball tactician. But seems pretty solid to me.

The most glaring weakness in that lineup is the time Ben Moore plays 3 when he can't stretch the D by hitting 3s. Ok most glaring after having no 2 guards who can knock down jumpers consistently.

21 fouls called on each team. That's ridiculous.

RECOUNT:
Manuel, Brown and Moore combined for only 2 Turnovers with 11 Assists on the Road

That is the road game I've been waiting for them to play for two years. I love KF to bits, but it seems undeniable that the team has played better without him.

If this team doesn't turn the ball over, we'll win the conference. Cinci is going to be our biggest challenger.

Glad everyone finally realized how bad Keith is on the road, Brown is the much better overall player.

Addition by subtraction, this team is set to take off right now. Need both Ben's to figure their ish out and we could make a solid run.

People, we don't need to denigrate Keith in order to recognize that the team played really well on the road and give them kudos. I mean, the team did win at Temple with Keith.

I'd rather have Kieth than not have him, but we can and will be fine with 8 deep of contributors.

On a similar note, Ben E. is truly struggling right now, but that doesn't mean he "sucks." Any more than Ryan Manuel "sucked" like so many were saying at the beginning of the year when people were calling for him to sit. Many of Ben's shots against ECU and Tulane were on line and half way down before rattling out. His offensive struggles have clearly gotten in his head in other aspects of the game. But some of you sound like spoiled Kentucky fans after a more than solid win on the road. There is no call to personnally attack a slumping player.

I agree. There is barely a player on the roster that the Coaching Staff has not made a better contributing player after they have integrated into the scheme. Let's back off a tad with the realization that if he doesn't produce his minutes are going to drop
