Not trying to jinx us, but when was last time Ponies went 7-1 to start conference?

It's amazing how tiny Tulane's arena is. My son asked me if they were playing in a high school gym. Regardless, our record in NOLA for bball and football is horrid, so coming out with a win is a relief.
