Using SMU in a football video game.. Anyone know of any funny or different SMU logo's besides the basic Mustang?!

It was used on merchandise in the mid to late '90s. I don't know if it predates that, and I don't think it was ever used on uniforms or anything like that.

i don't have a copy but in the 60s or 70s I believe the Mustang emblem commonly used was a muscled mustang reared back like it was mad and ready to "rumble." It looked more like a real horse than a cartoon. I thought it was pretty cool.

Bottom one was during late 30s thru 50s. Top - 60s intermittently thru 70s I believe.

You can pretty regularly find stickers of that mustang on eBay. I love that one cause it looks so ornery.

Here's a similar one to the "bony pony", wearing a bow tie that says S-M-U on it. Random that adidas recently made this hat with that logo on it.
