If we take care of business at home, it will only hurt them come selection time (kinda like it did us last year).
I know but I wanted super momentum for both teams. Besides, a few more of those and they become a "bad loss"
They'd have to pretty much lose out to fall out of the top 100 RPI teams, so it won't be a bad loss the same way that our losses to USF, Temple, and Houston were last year.

Oh ok good. It hurts the potential for a"good win" on Thurs though right?

Yes, they may get bounced from the RPI top 50.

Yeah, we would like them to be top 50 at the end of the year so that it would be a top 50 win. Per RPIForecast.com, Cincy's RPI would be about 49 if they finished with 11 losses, and they currently have 6 (and they will have 7 after leaving Moody). They still have Temple, Xavier, Tulsa, and Memphis on their schedule as well...

Hopefully we beat them. They could be a wounded animal.

Cinci is a completely different team on the road than at home. They can really be bi-polar basketball wise.

Wow. I decided not to watch it when I saw it was on earlier because I figured Cincy would walk away with it easily. Huge loss for them.

UH/UConn is not a great game. Atmosphere at Hofneinz Pavilion, reminds me of Moody four years ago. That is not good.
GO MUSTANGS!
