It is a big city thing. I recall watching many angels or lakers games and the announcer referenced the traditionally late arriving LA crowd. That said, hopefully everyone will be there on time for the 7pm start tomorrow.

Yes, this is true. Fans always have the "traffic was terrible" excuse in LA and Dallas.

My experience as well living in DC, Dallas, and LA. (traffic, weather, other distractions etc etc).

Hopefully a later start time will help.

Remember the game starts at 7! Pass it on! Get your beer at about 6:30 and then come on in and watch the guys warm up in da club! :-)

suggestion - let it go - youll be much happier. I used to get hot about this also - but then it dawned on me - its not as important for most people as for me. That doesn't make them bad fans. It means they have a life. We will be 90% at tip off and 100% within 5 minutes of tip off. Its fine. worry about something else.

And lets stop ragging on our students - Our students will be there right at tip off since they walk across the street. 750 students will be at this game - about the same as go to UT games - who are also ranked and have 10 times as many students.
