These are incorrect. This site is great but if you know who the web designer is, please have them contact with Mustang Band admins to get official lyrics.

In any event they are listed here as different(correct) so you have 2 separate lyric sources saying multiple things:

Yes but on the last link, Fight Fight Fight is a separate song


It was bolded to be emphasized as a REALLY YELL YOU GUYS and should not have been. Let's get our sources all to say the right stuffs. I imagine that a song called Pony Battle Cry that ends with "our cry will be" would be very confusing. Our cry will be what, good sir ? :lol:

They Also have Meredith winning NFL Player of the Year in 1996. He really didn't have the numbers that year.

Minor detail, but I learned it "we're Mustangs from SMU", not "we're the Mustangs from SMU", which fits the syllables of the music as well.

Not necessarily. Unaccented syllables can be schwa sounds. Say the words 'Methodist' and 'University'.
