SMU, thus far, has done a masterful job focusing on the season and not on what could be horrific allegations. Given the way they've handled Frazier and Maligi, I'd say it's far uglier than it is good. They've also done a masterful job keeping it a secret when a LOT of people have known since before we tipped of this year and well before. Why bring attention to it, when we can spend time celebrating this team and its accomplishments and poking fun at the rest of the hoops world.
Agreed.

As far as I'm concerned, the NCAA owes us a 20 year pass for any transgressions. They nuked our football program and others just as deserving, sat by and laughed. Now we're not a P5 school when 30 years ago we were in the Top 2 in the Country. We don't know if KF was pre-enrollment or post-enrollment disqualification. So, poking the NCAA in the eye is fine with me. Just look at the new cost of education rule that went into effect. I suspect our payoffs to most of our players especially during the 70's were less than what the NCAA will allow today under that rule. A rule which gives advantage to P5 schools. Let's just win, and then if the NCAA wants to punish us in a year or two, so what.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

At first I thought that sounded kind of lame, but then I realized how much ESPN would love them. Guaranteed air time.

Selfie style picture (ala Edelman) with Peruna sleeping peacefully and NCAA in lower right corner with big lips (lots of lip-stick). Caption: "I #*&#*?#&'d SMU". Keep it classy, no bad words, only symbols.

Great idea! However - Enjoy the NIT could be taken a couple of ways - SMU or UConn will be enjoying the NIT?

So where does one go to get reasonably priced large format printing/sign making?

I have access to a large format printer. Please let me know if you would like your sign printed. Right now, I am printing the Brian Williams and Rob Lowe signs. If you want me to print your sign please PM me. I will give it to you tomorrow at GameDay.

Fantastic! I was just about to send you a message (I have been looking, but still cannot find a SMU logo without a white background). GameDay is going to be epic!
