Re: What hath Larry wrought. The reason it was such a great fit is because of LB's personality and reputation. He is a very sincere and pleasant man but he is also a bully when it comes to getting things done. Alway show respect but never get pushed around. And when he is all in, everyone around him better be too or they won't be around long. This program/school needed that kind of a leadership. It's early, but Chad Morris seems to have these same qualities.

Re: What hath Larry wrought.LB is not a young guy and it's really been frustrating to have to watch him have to spend extra energy dealing with the NCAA grades thing and the fallout that has ensued. Let's face it, he doesn't need that crap and I'm so sick of the NCAA it makes my teeth itch. Amazingly though, it seems to have lit even more of a fire and resolve in Coach and his team. He should be Coach of the year the way he and this team have fought through all the distractions. I think Larry Brown is the best coach in Hilltop history and I don't even have to think twice about it.

Re: What hath Larry wrought.Hell he is probably the best living basketball coach period, so i don't think you have to even think about if he is the best we have ever had.
