Didn't see it so I'm just speculating maybe they were just starting from.the basics as a reference point. Kind of like how the first lesson of college alegbra is reviewing what an integer is to make sure everyone is on the same.page
He couldn't even get into a proper 3-point stance or know how to use his arm for leverage. I get review and refinement but he looked like he had never been taught the basics.
