I am hearing Nic, MK and Keith all wanting to come back. Not a reliable source - just rumor mill. Of course I liked the rumor so I choose to believe it.

Anyone remember the great Jan Loudermilk in the 60s? And the late Bill Voight?

Gene Phillips & Ira Terrell for greatness and it isn't even close.

Clayton Korver for entertainment.

Voight gad a great verticle. He was convinced to try out as a receiver on the FB team. First catch was a high throw over the middle. He was creamed and went back to BB. I do not blame him at all.

Anyone remember Bob Arnold from Highland Park? I remember one game (against A$M I believe) where he went off for about 30 points in the first half. Crazy. I think he only got one basket in the second though.

You gotta put Butch Moore on the list. He is a lot like Nic, a great point guard who could score at any time he needed. He made those teams.

Bill Voight was my favorite player of that era. Exciting player and that guy could jump. Fun to watch.

I remember that. He had a short stay at SMU and transferred out west somewhere if I remember correctly.
