I believe they said we were 0-8 in Memphis.
Thanks, I've never seen us lose to them in person. 4-0 in games I attended in Moody. (Including 2 wins under Doh).

Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis Threadwow
Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis Threadhe has been really solid all the way around. Really hurt him to not start earlier this yr.
Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis ThreadOne thing not mentioned enough is how Sterling, Manuel, Ben Moore, Cunningham, Moreia and Kennedy disrupt opposing offenses at the top of the key and even beyond. No other team in our conference disrupts offenses like SMU

Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis ThreadI still remember the Doh era Memphis game where at one point the football team threw the free shirts on the court and the crowd got T'ed up.
Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis Threadnichols was totally lost, it was hilarious
Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis ThreadReally nice road win. We are getting every team's best shot because beating us is their chance at the tourney. We handled it against Temple and UConn, and this was great against Memphis.
Credit to Shaw for talking smack and then backing it up. Free throws we are choking on. It is one thing to make them when the pressure isn't on. Now is the time where teams start to short arm shots because every shot counts. If we were a perimeter team, we would really be in trouble right now. Even Nic had an airball in the first half. This is why we need a deep conference tourney run before the NCAA. One of these game, we are going to get used to the pressure and shoot the ball as well as we are for most of the second halves of games. That will be the next turn for the team, we just have to hope it happens before the tourney so we can make a run.
Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis ThreadIt was nice to be at a game in Memphis where we one. Big part of hitting a big shot or making a stop whenever the crowd started to getting into the game. By the way, they have some really awful fans.
Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis Thread
Defense was swarming. They weren't even able to get into their sets because of our perimeter defenders being in their guards' faces.
Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis ThreadThe shot that ended the game IMO was the Cannen 15 footer. I can't remember the exact score or time but it was huge.
SMU-12 NCAA appearances, 1 Final Four
2014-15 & 2016-17 AAC Men's Basketball Champs
Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis ThreadSMU has held 13 out of 16 opponents under 60 points. Won 2 of them and only loss with opponent is Cincy with 62. UCF scored 61 and UH scored 69 but lost. 60 is the magic number. Only loss when holding opponent under 60 is Cincy when they scored 56

Re: Official: SMU vs. Walking in Memphis ThreadAnother team effort. All eight who played contributed in an important way at some point.
And i think we set an NCAA record for Viagra commercials in a telecast. Party at The Wopper!
