That behavior is disgusting. Those punks need to have their asses handed to them and not on a silver platter. I can't believe anyone, much less a SMU graduate would condone such behavior.

I was and we didn't either. We had a parents weekend party at the house one year and went door to door in the neighborhood making sure that all of our neighbors knew there was going to be a live band outside until midnight.

Of course, the a-holes still called the cops. Some people just can't tolerate others enjoying themselves.

Looks like their flop house.

Never rent to SMU students. The deposit won't cover the mess they leave, then the parents get involved.

Sometimes it's the parents who rent, or even purchase, a property for their little darlings near campus, and havoc wreaking ensues.
