Rick is being naïve if he thinks just because tickets are distributed they will be used. They need to issue extra tickets to the game for the students seats that wont be there. They are heading out of town tomorrow with those tickets sitting on their counter - and not thinking about basketball.

Along with the Sasser missed free throws Willie Davis having a breakaway that could seal the game I believe in regulation and trying a spin move to lose the ball out of bounds was the killer.
This was compounded with losing to TCU either the game before or after at home...
I was there too - For those who did not have the chance to enjoy that disaster of a game (15of 30 from the line) it was in 2000 and it was double OT:
Tulsa brought a huge crowd to that game if I remember correctly. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
The other thing I remember is we were all yelling at Bill Self and he turned and gave us all the dirtiest/scariest look I've ever seen. We all for a moment all just stopped, it was pretty funny. A few of the Tulsa fans were going around the top level in a congo/lumberjack line, it was really weird...

Confirmed, former SMU MBB player (and my roommate) will be in the house Sunday. Really looking forward to it. And really looking forward to an SMU victory. Cut down the nets and hang the banner.

Im thinking the same thing. There is no penalty for taking a ticket for this game and not using it. Usually they dont let you pick up for the next game if you miss but obviously there are no games left

Anyone know if they're going to hand out the Moody Magic shirts again? Hoping so.

Holy [deleted]. I'm in Houston tonight and am waking up early to drive to the game. I completely forgot about DST. Thanks Harv Yale
