Channel 5 led with SMU and had their cameraman their.

11 and 8 buried SMU. Early tournament golf proceeded SMU on channel 8. They used ESPN footage. Channel 11 is the only channel that found Staubach in they crowd. Hopefully the regular newscasts had stories. I didn't watch.
