ESPN announcer just said that a lot of times when teams have a bye they a come out with a slow start against the team that did not have the bye. If they can get past this first game they should be fine after that.

I think we see him back. This semester has to have been a huge wake up call to him. True testament to his character for sticking around and remaining a part of the team. Having him back with those new guys will be huge.

ECU played a double OT game yesterday. There is no excuse. This is simply a strategic issue and opposing coaches are killing us with it. If we don't adjust we are out in round one of the NCAA tournament.
Back off Warchild seriously.

We are scoring points (altho we have missed some easy ones). The problem is ECU is scoring with incredible shots they don't normally make (Shades of Tulsa!)

definitely takes a minute to get back in the rhythm and intesnity of things. especially when playing in a place as dead as it appears to be there today

Another team lighting our [deleted] up with three's. ECU should get tired in the second half.....I hope.

If you shoot 25+ largely uncontested 3s, you didn't "deserve" to win; you essentially had a really good shooting practice. This is like we dared you to make them and you did.

Yanick is 2-7 for the half and has just been ugly for the most part.... He needs to pick it up, or maybe we can just start feeding Markus.

Barefield has a good outside shot as well.

exactly. in the long run it makes more sense to defend high percentage shots aggressively not low percentage shots. Larry knows what he's doing.

The sky is not falling, but the fact that teams seem to be able to shoot on us is a concern. Many of the top 25 teams have multiple 3-pt shooters and they shoot a lot better than the teams we've played that seem to be on against us. Our lack of ability to match these will be a concern once we start playing some of the top teams.
