Yes sir. And our FT shooting down the stretch of games have kept teams in games that we otherwise would have blown out of the gym.

Crazy how many players and teams have epic nights against us...darned, bad luck I guess...
Exactly my thinking. Not bad luck...

This isn't luck or some crazy career night. That's three games in a row that an opponent has made more than 10 three pointers against us. Some of these looks are flat out WIDE OPEN. These kids are on scholarship. They can probably knock down a completely uncontested shot. If adjustments are not made we will make a quick exit from the tournament.
Back off Warchild seriously.

We were 14 before the game but your point stands. Win means the worst our rpi rank can be is around 18. Could have ended at around 25 with a loss.

Stop worrying so much about our damn RPI. Just win the [deleted] games in front of you and you end up at #1. That's what matters. WIN!

I don't have the time to research it right now, but I'm sure the average RPI of teams 1 seeds are playing in major conference quarterfinals across the other conferences is pretty close to ECU. At least for the power six it should be.

I'm not worried about RPI at this point. I'm just putting it out there.

Most of the 3s in the half court were really deep or contested.
The issue was finding the shooters in transition and the secondary break.

It is bothersome that the last 3 games have been raining 3s. Some of those are unconscious shoots. Tulsa was hitting 3s from 20 feet. Just unreal. The fact that we have won despite unreal 3 shooting speaks to the character of this team and its ability to meet challenges.
