If you reserved tickets through SMU your seats are upstairs they are holding the seat downstairs for friends and family

Kentucky being in this town really crushed us. They have known for months they would be in Louisville - so it is very over - booked. Hunting around gets you some pretty good spots though, plus some will drop today or tomorrow am.

well...if you are a 5k or above donor you're probably downstairs. write a bigger check next year.

this would be my thought as well. it was stated initially that locations are based on donation level and then priority within the level (just like the non-existent reseat). probably close on the 5k and above level donors being down and the rest upper level though, obviously players and coaches families need to be in the lower level as well
