they are receiving and posting replies again now. Sadly, this is comical in some ways...for us, sad that there is no better avenue for news in the city. For the DMN, sad that they have deteriorated to a place of irrelevance.

What is so sick is that a moronic young lady named Jana at the Dallas Morning News FB section made the original post. And she is an SMU alum! What made her such a bitter woman?

I have not subscribed to the DMN for years.

Not happy if an SMU grad did it. Some of these people probably have twitter too.

The person who wrote this was Jana Pruet Whitson [email protected], @JPRUET). Her bosses are Alex Barnishin([email protected]) and Michael Landauer([email protected]). She is an Smu alumna. A 50-something that went back to school in her 40s and got her journalism degree at Meadows. She already quit once from the morning news as a reporter and they brought her back to work in marketing. (Yes, marketing runs the DMN Facebook page)

I'm so disgusted. An alum thinks this "joke" is funny.

Fine, I had several PMs that said she quit, wasn't fired. Still a shameful post.
