Hope he's studying hard and practicing his 3's. Missed him in today's game.

Unfortunately I think Keith's elidgbility issues stem from his Kimble days and not fro. His performance at smu. As a result might not be able to unring That bell. That said, hope smu honors its commitment to him and helps him earn his degree if he decides to peruse a diploma rather than try and play ball.

Lack of perimeter shooting options besides Nic really hurt us today (and at many times throughout the season).

Next year we should be able to rain threes on opponents with Nic, Keith (hopefully back), Sed, Shake, and Semi. Hopefully Emelogu can re-discover his stroke, too.

I agree. It definitely caught up to us at a critical time, meaning today.

I think the school has a rule that a student can't remain in school if he is on academic probation 2 semesters in a row-pretty sure I've read that-he has to get off academic probation this semester or he's gone just like any other student would be.

If we lose Keith it's not the end of the world IMO. He's a great guy and bleeds SMU, but if he is an academic casualty we'll be alright with Sterling, a hopefully improved Emelogu, plus Sed, Shake, and Jarrey coming on board

I heard that his grades at SMU were not the problem. It was his Kimball situation that led to the suspension. Hopefully, he doesn't try to turn pro b/c he is not ready.

Thought it was confirmed that it was his grades in the first semester that caused his to miss the 2nd half?

Maybe I'm just remembering it wrong.

Don't assume Keith is not coming back simply based on a post from GiddyUp.

Everything I have seen tends to indicate he will return.

I have no information at all. Just thinking about allegations, grades, etc. We will know a lot more on everything, rumors, etc I assume by May/June.
