Great interview on Chad Morris from the Football scoop
More great insight. Notes that the indoor was mentioned to break ground after this year

Since that spot is now taken, the university has decided to pull a Klyde Warren over 75 between Mockingbird and SMU Blvd. It's only going to run about $100 million more than the original IPF. There will also be an area with book/magazines and parking for food trucks...and the floor is going to be glass so that you can see the team practicing as you drive underneath.

Sorry, no. I haven't been paying attention of late. I'm really asking where the IPF will be built.

Why our donors aren't jumping at this idea I can't fathom...
In all honesty though Klyde Warren over 75 to connect West and East campus would be the coolest thing of all time

In effect cover Wescott? Or are they going to do the configuration where the field runs east/west?
Is this public info? How did I miss it?

Have to start getting really creative with land-usage...if they do replace Wescott I hope they sink the IPF significantly and find a way to make a new legal track as well as a soccer/lacrosse field with quality stands.

Hart has talked about it multiple times, as far back as a year ago (at least). He wrote about it in his "straight from the hart" thing. Morris gave an interview with Rivals where he said an announcement would hopefully come in May. SMT and other have been saying it would happen on here, for awhile now. I'm honestly not sure how you've missed this, since it's been discussed ad-nuaseum. Haha
