Only Saturday practices are open to the media... There will be reports tomorrow.

I like the 'breaks' in reports -- allows the team to not be under the spotlight all the time and to make mistakes and get better but also gives them something to shoot for and us to look forward to (the progress since we heard last).

On one hand, it sucks not having the constant reports. On the other hand, I'm sure the coaches like having that "gameday" feel on Saturdays when a lot of people show, so it gives you a better idea of who is going to suffer under the dreaded fog of war  .

That was discussed in the overhead projector at a meeting earlier this week.

We have a combo OC/HC with a signature offense who hired an underwhelming staff of buddies, uses an unusual way to call in plays, and has an overhead projector. Some things never change
