You're joking, right?MV pony wrote:Morris is trying to build a program here and his actions speak louder than words. Not good enough for his kid, not good enough for mine. I'll try to push my grand kids to a good private university using monetary incentives but it's still their choice.

Dreams don't get to happen if your dad is famous. Obvi.ebrooks11 wrote:94 you know she should change her dream of being a vet because her dad is coach at Smu. Its the least she could do to help our football team.

As a mother, this really turned me off. I was planning on offering to full pay my grand kids' college tuition if they chose SMU. Now I'm reconsidering.
So you want to knock on morris for doing the same thing you want to do.. Send the kids/grandkids to the alma mater. Got it.
Hopefully you're joking

Be sure and check that the children of every head coach of any team at what ever university you try to push your grandkids to has sent their kids to that university as well. To be safe you should probably include all high ranking administrators as well.MV pony wrote:Morris is trying to build a program here and his actions speak louder than words. Veterinary school is a graduate program and just as difficult as medicine. She still needs to take the pre-requisite classes and get a college degree. While I have no issues with her going to another institution of higher learning, her wanting to become a veterinarian has no bearing on her not attending SMU.smupony94 wrote:His daughter wants to be a veterinarian which we don't offer.
