And wow, what a huge stop and block. SMU blocks the fieldgoal, still leads 24-21.
Important to watch first down for the rest of the game for SMU. UH is going to show blitz every first down to try and get SMU away from the run. It will be interesting to see if SMU adapts by either still running the ball or trying to throw a deep ball or a slant to take advantage of the linebacker blitz.

Another horrible long ball by Romo. With our size and athletes at receiver, that is going to be something to watch in the spring game - how well do Phillips and Willis throw the deep ball.

anyone know how close demyron is to setting a record? before the Rice game he needed 218 yards. I don't know how many he got that game, but tonight he's at 94...
and after watching the first 3 quarters at pluckers...its driving me crazy watching on gametracker!
