OT: Rangers Game or Rough Riders Game?

Post by Digetydog »

My daughter is finally old enough to take to a baseball game. During our family trip to see my family, I plan to take her, her cousin, and my dad to a game. As a lifelong Rangers fan, I feel the Ballpark calling to me.

But, I have never been to a Frisco game and have heard the park is nice. (I remember when Frisco was the "sticks" and a long distance call).

Rough riders have a nice ballpark for Double A. I saw a Baseball America article the other day ranking it as a top minor league park. Arkington is alright compared to other MLb parks IMO. If you watch a day game there get seats in the shade (right field bleachers) or your family probably won't want to stay past the 7th.

As family experiences go, RR all the way. It's not even close.

If you're a fan of the pro game (and want to score it), Rangers.
