Mussberger by a mile.

Rece Davis and Mark MAy are also prettty bad.

I gotta go with Bill Burke (that color guy for CSTV) who did our win over TCU. Man is that guy lame. Rece Davis is okay in my book. But I agree Mark May is stupid.

I always thought I was the only one that could not stand Musburger since he stayed on the air for so long. Who does he have pictures of?

My father told me years ago that Musburger started out as a basketball announcer in Chicago and that is where he got his rep. He may be good at calling BB but he sucks at football.

No, actually, he's awful at basketball, too.

My first memory of him is when he was the NFL TODAY show with Irv Cross, Phyllis George and Jimmy The Greek.

But the way he calls a game is absolutely brutal. He latches on to every team and every player that makes a play. I'm convinced he could watch two winless teams play to a 0-0 tie, and he'd announce that "these are the two best defenses in the country."

And raplh, I've got to disagree -- I think Rece Davis is OK, and I think Mark May is terrific. (He doesn't do games, does he? Just studio work, I think.)

Funny you should say that about 'pictures'. Didn't HE get into trouble several years ago for some kind of sexual indescretion?
