Maybe the plan is to close them up and transport the tailgaters into the stadium to increase attendance.

no, but flash photography will take a photo of you in front of a green screen and later you will have the option of purchasing a souvenir photo with a likeness of the container digitally inserted behind you

I don't know that these containers are necessarily luxurious. Nor am I certain that the presumed denizens of same are necessarily what we want on the Boulevard. Some, I assume, are good people. But I'll withhold judgement until football season.
