At least our mascot isn't named for a dram-shot elixir you folks over in the big city couldn't guzzle enough of. Following your lead, we should have named Superfrog "Purple-Drank".
"Peruna" the elixir has always been legal, as opposed to the mind altering substances that many TCU students seem to have a problem with. You'd have to be pretty high to look at the goofy plastic frog face and think you want that representing your school.
We can say what we want about the Frogs and Bears, but right now, as far as athletics, they own the SCOREBOARD as they say.
Now how's this for you 40/50/60 somethings. In 1982, if I would've told you that in 2015 the two best college football teams in Texas would be Baylor and TCU; and the best college baseball teams would be TCU, RICE and DBU; and the best college basketball teams would be SMU and Baylor, you would've laughed all the way home, right?

It is the most irritating game day experience we have ever have had to suffer thru. I thought the TTech and Hawaii fans cursing and throwing beer on us was the worst but that has been overtaken by that horn. Can't believe the TCU fans can endure it game after game.
You have made EVERY TCU home game for over 30 years (that is about 180 games) and you can't believe what TCU fans endure? 180 games? Every team wishes it could have non-fans like you in greater numbers.
