Re: 2015 season predictionsI think 4 wins ... outside chance of 5 ... with noticeable improvement as the year progresses both in player performance/development and team play. Both outcomes would be reason for great optimism moving forward. Oh, and no one buys out Chads contract in the next 1-3 years.
2015 season predictions
The coach who shall not be named was probably a huge reason as to why we lost to NTSU last year. He had clearly mailed it in and the team fed off his lack of energy & commitment, and that stupid offense he ran. Peruna is my mascot!
Re: 2015 season predictionsWould love to see them go 6-6 or 5-7 even, but in all likelihood I see them 4-8.
Re: 2015 season predictions1-3 wins. 2-10 will be my prediction. Loss to UNT
Re: 2015 season predictionsI agree with those who are concerned about UNT game and think it may very well be the key to our season. Most of us expect to be trounced again by Baylor, but beating UNT after getting drubbed by them last year would go a long ways towards building some confidence. Lose to them at Ford and we are going to find out what our guys are made of (and how many might be run off at season's end). For these guys to win as many as 4 games, I see UNT as a "must win" game
Re: 2015 season predictionsWin 4, 4 competitive losses, 4 [deleted] kicked losses.....
Re: 2015 season predictions
+1 2-10 ; 3-9 "smupony94: Harry, you have been promoted to purveyor of official status capabilities."
Re: 2015 season predictions
My pride will simply not let me consider losing to NTSU 2 years in a row....especially in our house. #Beat Clemson
Re: 2015 season predictionsIf UNT we're later in the year, I would definitely call it a W. I waver since it's so early and I'm not sure how much our offensive/defensive schemes will be ready since they are brand new.
But I suppose it's time to place my wager: 4 - 8. The sheer lack of players on last year's team makes me hesitant to go higher. If I did go higher, I would have us stealing either Navy or USF on the road. As it is, my prediction is 4-3 at home and 0-5 on the road. Baylor - Loss North Texas - Win TCU - Loss James Madison - Win East Carolina - Loss Houston - Loss USF - Loss Tulsa - Win Temple - Loss Navy - Loss Tulane -Win Memphis - Loss
Re: 2015 season predictionsI honestly don't know how anyone can predict the season at this point. There are so many unknowns with a new staff, new players, a new system and a complete culture change. I'm taking the jt stang approach of no expectations until the first of November when the hoops season tips.

Re: 2015 season predictions
The TCU and Baylor scores sound about right. And lol at last year...who knew it would be such a mess.
Re: 2015 season predictionsWas reading about Deon Green in the media guide. I assume he sits out this year?
Re: 2015 season predictionsI'm going out on a limb and say 6-6, with one of the wins being a shocker over then #1 ranked TCU. Umm, that Kool Aide tasted good. I think the big game for the year will be the UH game where Herman meets HCCM. We may see a basketball score in that game.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
