lol...seriously? We got a big bag in hoops but wake me up when 3800+ SMU fans come to Ft Worth for a regular season basketball game. I got no problems or issues with your success in hoops and have low expectations for our team again but c'mon man...

yeah - tap the brakes there hoss on that 50% estimate. There is no way it is that high.

If we get 1,500 there it will be a huge showing for traveling basketball. I will not miss it.

What would be great is if the students had some fun with this. Highly possible. That could change it if it gets rolling. I am guessing that will be based on how things look at that point.

I don't think tcu fans care enough about hoops to have a super bowl....no matter if it's smu or kentucky. Maybe the new facility will change this.

SMU's football season will be over by this game and TCU will still be in the midst of football season. Am guessing that you are correct that TCU fans may not care all that much as they will be focused elsewhere. Baseball takes priority over hoops at TCU these days.

when I was in school back when we thought we were good, the Mustang Maniacs had a couple of buses for the TCU game. It was actually fun.

Could be 50-50......750 ponyfans and 750 TCU fans.

They will be and should be focused on their football season when we play.

SMU fans can get as many seats as they want. Question is how many will go over there.
I went to the Tcu-KU game last season at that high school gym with a KU friend and KU fans probably had 40% of the seats. TCU folks aren't dialed into bball.
A decent showing of Mustangs fans would disrupt the arena.
