Good to hear the luncheon was packed and I hope we out attendance the Baptists on Sept. 4th.

I'm going to lock arms with my recliner in the AC and start sipping 12 year old batch Canadian Club whiskey.

I expect Ford Stadium to be close to sold out but 50% might be wearing green

I agree. Should be close to capacity for Baylor and 25k for UNT with lots of green on the east side of Ford

Today, someone from the ticket office told me, there are 2,000 tickets left. They feel hopeful, about selling out by kickoff. Also said, it will be 50/50 SMU-Bear fans, as a best case scenario.

If it is only 2000 tickets left that is pretty good.

Between SMU and the secondary markets, there are quite a few tickets left. If we can't sell out a game against a "traditional rival", that's ranked 4th in the country (and will fill half of the stadium with their fans)...we can't complain about our fate.

It'll be interesting to see what attendance is for the UNT game.

Whats wrong with a 6PM start on a Friday? Especially for start of the season on a holiday weekend against a top 5 opponent!!

Love the Friday night game. What better way to kick off the season? Frees up Saturday for the other games.

Talked to my ticket rep today. Said they've got less than 1,300 and it will be about 50/50 SMU-Baylor.
Back off Warchild seriously.
