This may put an even bigger spotlight on our nationally televised opener against them...at least we'll have karma on our side!

Re: Texas Monthly article on Baylor
While I think Bill Clinton was a good President (compared to our last 15 years of presidential leadership), I always felt both he & Hillary were morally depraved individuals.
Having said that, does anyone else find it ironic that Ken Starr, who played such an instrumental role in bringing down a U.S. President due to sexual misconduct, has a completely different set of standards when it comes to Baylor football and rape. What a complete hypocrite.

Very disturbing and if true you feel horrible for the girl and her family to go through this. We'll let the jury decide, but in the mean time all the more reason to beat Baylor.

They jury did decide. How is this 1% the story that Duke lacrosse was?

Baylor now has very serious legal problems. They will end up paying that poor girl at least a million dollars and a free ride in college. What a disgraceful place Baylor is.
Long live Inez Perez!

Thankfully, the young lady has landed at another program. Hopefully, she is happy and can move past this.
Briles, while not yet in Dave Bliss territory, now has a lot of issues to deal with. If he is willing to bring in guys like that and keep them around after an incident like that, I would not want my son playing for him. I wouldn't want my daughter at Baylor.
The DA managed to get a conviction on the "Beyond a Reasonable Doubt" standard. Baylor couldn't even get him out of the girl's classes/tutorials? Baylor took her scholarship away?

wow. Baylor is getting slammed in the media this morning. It's going to be very hard for them to put a positive spin on this story.

If you think SMU are collar poppers then you've never been to Baylor. Never heard the term Betty and Bobby Baylor?

I've been to Baylor several times. I still don't get your point. What does a Baylor vs. SMU popped collar competition have anything to do with this story?

It's horrible this happened. But I'm not understanding what Baylor did wrong. Now that he's been convicted, you take appropriate action.
