My son and I went to see Plano beat John Tyler last night. Both teams did a
lot of hitting - a couple of potential concussions and a few minor injuries. Both
teams were very quick on offense. Must confess I did not know the name of our
recruit from Plano, but no one lineman stuck out in my opinion. Plano had a
good punting and kickoff game. MAXprep had John Tyler ranked higher than Plano but
they rank teams nationally and statewide which is laugh.

HP barely survived to beat Frisco Centennial in the Tom Landry Classic last night. Guess we won't be seeing that game in Ford again (?)

Brutal schedule this year for Southlake Carroll. 4 of first 5 games away, including the Westlake game and a game at Tulsa Union. And that doesn't include the away game at Trinity later in the year.
