Quick question: Do schools need to provide a two deep to the opposition the week of the game?

The opposing teams generally get the 2 deeps from the other teams website as it is generally public information.

I only ask because all week many college coaches are refusing to name their starting QBs

Right, some will not name the starting QB until game day. I think Alabama is doing that.

Very smart of HCCM to redshirt them. We are going to need them for the long haul in years to come.

every school publishes a 2 Deep in its Game Day press release-but is it accurate or simply a press release

A lot of times it is put together by the SID instead of the head coach so that the coach can't be called out for any inaccuracies.

Sometimes coaches do not release the correct lineup because they don't want the other teams to know what they are doing. And in some other cases JasonB is right.

really surprised at Koonce. He can boom it. I know he is a stick man, but who cares if the ball hangs up there with decent distance.
