I got a cold drink to start the game and it sat completely untouched the entire first quarter I was so caught up in this game. I'm completely confused. My only memories of offense anywhere close to this were in my earliest memories of the Rossley days.

I live out in the sticks, so I apologize for not being too up on SMU but was the expectation that our offense would be good this year? I assumed it would take a couple of years. Loving what I'm seeing

It is so great actually watching this team look like a real college football team. And the stadium looks great today also.

Someone more knowledgable than I can correct me if I'm wrong, but the offense is expected to show improvement faster than the defense. While the D getting smoked by Baylor sucks now...they get that come-back against UNT. Then TCU, where the players will be up even more than this game...then we don't face anything like this until next year. I can only imagine the tackling drills they will do this week.

No one had a clue as to the capability of the offense. We all knew the offensive scheme was going to be great; but the questions was whether or not we had the players to make things happen. Thus far the team is outstanding with frosh and inexperienced players playing extremely well. We are all finding out where we stand talent wise. Best improvement for most of us is play calling with kids obviously well coach; something we have not seen during the entirety of the JJ era.

Our fans are a little rusty on what to do when we are actually in a game. Don't cheer when we are trying to convert a 4th down.

Even the picks are better now. That was actually the correct decision for Davis to make in that situation. Unreal.
