I'm pretty sure Matt Davis would have looked like Trevone Boykin if SMU played Tennessee Tech instead of Baylor. Big deal cougar hi.

Ha Ha, good one. Looks like I am not the only one on here that thinks those Unis stink.

I can't believe how bad UT's offense is. No progress from last year.
That's what will doom Charlie Strong - his lack of progress. We found a QB from TYler JC by a staff that was totally checked out. And UT can't find a competent QB - anywhere?

They knew what Swoopes and Heard can do and they didn't land a JC QB or anybody better. The UT offense is laughable and when UT gets laughed at they start buying out contracts. Patterson could also be on the chopping block since he is such a jerk and now his coach is a disaster.

My only disappointment with TU's beat down is Notre Dame didn't lose as well. I do hope the impotent TU offense continues throughout the year. To Hades with TU.

Only 65,000 in JerryWorld for the game last night (game way over priced). Wiscy fans reminded me a lot of Tech fans, obnoxious and could not hold their Cowboyritas.... Boring game and Nick played just about every player on the squad. Not worth $150 a ticket :(

only 65k for a high priced neutral site game that is nationally televised? I look forward to the day SMU can generate those kind of numbers, but realistically don't expect to see that in my lifetime

We will start seeing these types of neutral-site showcase games become less frequent as the costs of putting them together begins to outweigh the revenue that can be earned from fans that increasingly have better options for watching at home.

The $95 were for top-deck endzone seats and by the time you added fees and taxes they were well over $100 each. Not a good deal when you get a much better view on your couch

rewatching a little Temple v Penn St

one of the most impressive things to me is that there is a lot of Red in the stands-in fact almost all I see is Temple Red based on camera angles I see. 69,100 attendance-Temple got kicked out of the Big East because they could only get 8 or 9 thousand to their games a few years ago, So they've made some strides in fan development too. They haven't even been to a bowl yet under Ruhl. Most of those fans will probably come back. Interested to see what kind of attendance they have for rest of the year

of course Temple is actually a very large school but they have never had good support for their football program that I remember-ever
