I haven't seen the television game presentation, but I have heard from multiple sources he was really good and said a lot of nice things about SMU and Chad.

I did say hello to him after the game and he was reasonably friendly as well.

SMU is recruiting Michael Brewer's brother from Lake Travis and SMU has offered. He's hitting about 75% (43 of 58) of his passes on the year and putting up big numbers both passing and running-he's pretty quick. His uncle was at the game with me Friday. Brewer's Dad was at the Lake Travis game. and they must have exchanged 15 phone calls wanting updates on each game. Michael Brewer was coached by Chad Morris at Lake Travis. The entire family is extremely close to the Morris' family

I never root for injury, but it was kind of funny to see that totally staged clip from the Virgina Tech QB at halftime and then see him get totally rocked and knocked out.

I sure miss the days when college football was just college football.

Known Michael's dad since junior high. Good family.
