June Jones venom is still in SMU. The fanbase reeks of JJ venom. Chad knows he needs to exorcise it. It will happen. Our fanbase is too battered down to believe.

2017, by that time we'll have cycled out enough of June's spares to actually have a chance at winning something.

The venom is there. I saw it in the fans. Quiet on opponents 3rd downs and no pumping up in kickoffs. Band did great today though

It took a new coach to make him a useful QB

Not sure about the older fans, but a lot of young alumni are aware of JJ's shortcomings and are excited about Morris. It'll take a couple of years and a number of W's to get more people into the stadium though. We need a consistent string of "wow" moments, something like the win over ranked UCONN when New Moody opened.

I did. :P

I had forgotten your deep love for the Tiki God. Forget about the fact that he completely quit on our school for two years. He didn't try, he didn't recruit, he didn't coach and he didn't lead, otherwise he did a fine job.

it was more then two years of give up. But he did get in some nice golf and created a nice jobs program for his unemployable washed up old buddies.

Of course, helping the society at SMU's expense.

He ran out of "want to" in 2011.

Let's not forget that he said his reason for staying at SMU after the ASU snub was to help the kids in inner-city Dallas, not to coach football at SMU
