Two Game Day ComplaintsThere may not be total agreement on this but two things i saw that we don't need to repeat:
1) A large group of NTSU fans in a very prominent BLVD spot near the stadium. How did that happen? If you have a blvd spot you have a responsibility to not turn it over to the opposing fans for any reason. Invite them in for a beer, sure - but you don't let them take over have basically a private spot for opposing fans. Our AD department needs to let people know if they sell or otherwise let a blvd spot get taken over it can be revoked. 2) NTSU band walking down Bishop before the game. What was with that? I'm all for being friendly, but you don't let the opposing band walk right down the blvd into our stadium as if it is their home game. Lets not do either of those again. If anyone knows who turned over their blvd spot please let them know it is not appreciated. If they need the money we can all pitch in and buy them some groceries
Re: Two Game Day Complaintswell i just noticed these are both covered in the BLVD thread, but frankly they deserve their own discussion. I would revoke anyone who sells a spot at all - the spots are rented for a specific purpose - and it is basically peeing on your neighbor to sell one to the opposition. They are not supposed to be flipped regardless. If you can't use yours, give it to some SMU people.
Re: Two Game Day ComplaintsWe practice southern hospitality ya'll..."you want to do what? oh sure, make yourself feel just like you are at home."
Re: Two Game Day Complaintsagree with both but especially do not understand how we let UNT band march down our boulevard right before the game. Ridiculous.
Re: Two Game Day Complaints
I had the same thought! Long live Inez Perez!
Re: Two Game Day ComplaintsSID explain please...
Re: Two Game Day ComplaintsA complaint made by my wife: NO toilet paper in one of the ladies restrooms BEFORE the game started. THAT is inexcusable!
Long live Inez Perez!
Re: Two Game Day Complaintsone other point. If we are going to do the team walk, which i think is great, unfortunately i think you have to have security involved. Some UNT fans were trying to taunt our guys which was totally uncalled for. It happened at the beginning of the walk near the flag pole, and then i heard happened more down by Mcilveny. I don't think i have ever seen a team walk into a stadium without any security much less on 1/2 mile walk through random public including opposing fans who are allowed to take up spots on our boulevard.
Re: Two Game Day Complaints
Yeah a couple of NTSU clowns were yelling 43-6 at the top of their lungs during the team walk and following the team down The Boulevard. All class Denton. Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: Two Game Day ComplaintsI'm glad they did. You don't [deleted] off your opponent BEFORE the game. Dumbasses

When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.
Two Game Day ComplaintsWalking back to the house, I did come across a few very bitter ntsu fans. Of course some SMU students or maybe young grads, told them, Go Mustangs!. These two ntsu fans replied by screaming words that would make a sailor blush.
GO MUSTANGS!
Re: Two Game Day ComplaintsI saw a bunch of north Texas state guys, trash talking the team during the walk. You are a visitor and a guest, and this is how you act? Walking back to the car after the game, I witnessed quite a few expletive laced tirades from nts people. No class at all.
Re: Two Game Day ComplaintsMost of the NTSU folks I interacted with were very friendly. I did encoubter several that broke out the tired old "trust fund" or "how much debt is your daddy in for your degree?"
Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: Two Game Day ComplaintsThey are trashier than Tech fans (and that takes work).
Re: Two Game Day Complaintsyeah - thats why i am against the series. I know they brought a bunch of folks because they really do hate us, but i just can't get excited about these folks. Its like playing Richland college if Richland had a bad football team. We should opt out and replace them with a another nearby G5.
Our OOC should be: TCU lowerish P 5 similar school from a fun town to do a home and away (Northwestern, Vandy, Virginia, Wake etc…) Easy win that is not NTSU G-5 below us (should also be easy-ish - like a UTEP)
