Its like playing Richland college if Richland had a bad football team. We should opt out and replace them with a another nearby G5.
Our OOC should be: TCU lowerish P 5 similar school from a fun town to do a home and away (Northwestern, Vandy, Virginia, Wake etc…) Easy win that is not NTSU G-5 below us (should also be easy-ish - like a UTEP)
agreed

Wake? Fun town? I like Winston-Salem but if it's a fun town, so is Peoria. I would like a series with them, though, because for me, a fun town isn't a requirement. Kansas would fit the mold. I'd also like a series with Indiana - and Bloomington is a cool place (it's like Charlottesville without the Monticello). I'd combine "easy win" and "G-5 Below us" into one and add a regional FCS school

Students tried to get a chant going and it was working and our music guy drowned it out

should have been in the YA section, it was overrun with NTSU's seat jumping. We joked that for $10 dollars one security guard could have them all back to where they purchased seats. Speaking of were was the "NTSU Student Section"
But they were far far far far from classy. I think once I saw a small segment of something that was downright trash being yelled. * It was the SMU sign being held up next to their band*.

They sell a lot of tickets and historically we usually beat them something like 6 wins to every loss. If we don't like trashy opposing fans we would have left the old SWC years ago. After all they brought TTU and Arkansas here every other year back in those days. We played them during the Pony Express era and it didn't hurt us with recruiting or anything else.

Most of the adult NTSU fans I met were ok. Heard some of their students make some trashy comments. Don't care really. They just lost their Super Bowl and despite having 33,000 undergrads they will struggle to get 18K in their stadium for any home game.

Grounds for having the spot revoked IMO.

When the Boulevard first opened, we had to sign an agreement that we would actually show up and tailgate. It was never enforced. Always annoyed the heck out of me when people just use it for popular games, or just as a convenient parking spot, with no repercussions.

It was pretty funny that most North Texas fans apparently can't afford Sideline Seats to their Super Bowl

I'm still livid so I will repost on this thread.
I'm [deleted] [deleted] [deleted] and will let Hedgcock know about it as I have the space opposite on the east side of Bishop and I had to run those guys out of my area as they had encroached about 70% of the way to the other side. If you "need" to sell a BLVD space so bad you sell to the opponents then I flat don't want you there period. Anytime. The only possible exception is if a close family member like a son or daughter bought/used it. Nah, not good enough.
Oh, and I don't believe in selling prime tickets to opponents either. Suck it up and give it to a Mustang or eat it.

Well they had already spent $10 on the plane banner. They aren't made of money you know.

Don't forget the cost of bus and cab fare from Denton. It does get expensive

According to ArkPony, they appearantly made up for these costs via toilet tissue.
