Pre- TCU thoughts

Postby ALEX LIFESON » Sat Sep 19, 2015 6:09 pm

Must have better play from starting LB's, or changes are coming.
When Zelt Minor got his second offsides penalty vs nts, I don't think he returned. (?)
Zelt was replaced by Spencer Hollie....that was Hollie's first action this year.
Keep an eye on those two-tonight.
On extra points and field goals, our interior is getting blown up...must shore this up.
RS freshman OL Keyfer Roberts is wearing #39. He played TE/HB last week.
RS freshman OL Tony Richards is wearing #46, he was moved to TE before Baylor. He was getting blown into our backfield, on our failed goal line plays last week.
DE Elie Nabushosi, is still MIA.
Interesting to watch LG rotation tonight, between Natour and Hyder.

Be competitive.
Improve in some area of our game.
Come out of game healthy!

Secondary can't give up the big plays. Put Boykin on his backside. No missed Tackles.

Natour and Hyder

Post game...
LB'S -Nick Horton was benced in the second half, and Yenga should join him.
Zelt Minor played and I didn't see Hollie get in.
Keyfer Roberts got a lot of playing time at the 3 back.
DE Elie Nabushosi, is still MIA.
Natour and Hyder rotated again.

Horton is not getting the job done-he is so tentative. Next

Agree, neither is Yenga, and for that matter Randolph. Notice #2 Caleb T. getting a lot of reps in second half?

Rhone did too, but Tui made at least two nice plays. Only one who stood out.
