What an insightful comment.
Why Thank You. I believe that was your favorite. No more excuses. Coach Morris doesn't want to hear them.

Please. If this is really an issue for people not being excited about SMU Football 2015 then we have big problems.

Shouldn't ever be an issue, but we've heard the excuse before and we will again

Unfortunately, when you live in a town with a lot of options, you have to be the best option.

Is a 7 pm kick better on Halloween? Maybe as a pregame. Wasn't thete a game vs UAB (?) on a Tuesday night Halloween at Ford?

seems to be like a 7pm start would be terrible for student support

I've always enjoyed hosting the ECU fans on the blvd. They bring a good crowd and are lots of fun. Hope he has a good time.

How long is the drive (miles and/or time)? CoxMustangFan wrote:Unfortunately, when you live in a town with a lot of options, you have to be the best option.
Not everyone can attend the "best option", regardless of their preference. SMU doesn't need every sports fan in DFW to attend every home game.

From Little Rock to Dallas is 320 miles. City to city s 4 1/2 hours Mrydel and I drive round trip at least 750 miles to see the games. Add the cost of hotels and meals if we stay the night. This all in addition to season ticket and parking costs for both basketball and football.
Long live Inez Perez!

4 1/2 hours each way? That makes for a long day if you don't spend the night!

Actually 5 for me since I am a little farther east than Arkpony and he being a former Judge can speed and I cannot.
For the late games I drive part way back and spend the night. Get home about noon on Sunday. For an early or mid afternoon I can do the up and back and salvage a Sunday at home.

A former judge? Surprised you guys don't get a police escort all the way to the state line!
