90 of those yards came on that last drive.

The is incorrect. 85% of his yards came before the last drive.

90 of TCU's yards. They ran all over SMU on that last drive. Ever heard of hyperbole? Didn't know I was dealing with some PFs stats nazis...

But wait, aren't these all the same horrible June recruits with few P5 offers that have no business playing D1 football?

(not an endorsement of June in any way shape or form)

Simply an endorsement of the same players who were pretty much all thrown under the bus after last season.

This is so true, this is basically the same team as last year. Outside of Xavier Jones, Braeden West, and Josh Williams there haven't been any True Freshmen that have made a significant contribution yet. I think that speaks volumes to how good of a job these coaches have done of both molding the players, and fitting them into the schemes correctly.

Take away Davis and Sutton and what kind of team do you have? That will tell you what kind of recruiting June and Mason did.

Huh? Davis was our QB last year....no?

**********YES, Morris is doing a much better job working at recruiting**************

Yet mysteriously, with June's recruits, any current success will be 100% due to Morris' coaching.
With more of his own recruits, any success will surely be chalked up to better recruiting.

Let us know when we have a class that consists of at least 50% 'rivals' 3 stars. Until then, google the term 'confirmation bias.'

Let the vitriol fly boys

I don't look at stars, I looks at offers. Kids that had P5 offers that came to SMU under June like Sutton, Davis, and Wood were to few and far between. The class now had over 50% with P5 offers.

You could say that about a lot of teams man. Take away Boykin and Doctson...what kind of team does TCU have? Not a top 4 team IMO

How can you just say take away Davis and Sutton...they were recruited and signed under the previous regime no matter how they ended up at SMU. We are all aware June put no effort into recruiting and completely mailed it in his last 3 years...but you can't just conveniently discount 2 of his recruits to better fit your narrative.

Sure he can, happens all the time here. Just ask Stallion. According to his analysis, Davis and Colbert shouldn't be playing QB.

You are misunderstanding what I am saying. I am saying they are good players but if they were not here the team would be at a pretty big disadvantage. We are lacking in depth at a lot of positions as well as quality players but Davis and Sutton are covering up for that like GG did imo. But whatever.
