NFL caliber QB in Lynch and crazy depth on the offensive side of the ball. Our young defense will be better by the time they play SMU and we will not play another offense like BG. They are the #1 offense in all of FBS
Are you just going to dissapear again if your prediction doesn't come true?
I was enjoying my Tigers winning an AAC championship
UCF has that trophy from last year. GG on the brawl with BYU however. Some solid shots your guys landed on Kai Nacua.

Memphis is definitely in that group. Regardless how well their football team plays, that fan base will not be happy until basketball gets back on track. TigerJ knows this is true.
But what is most important sport these days? Football and Memphis is good to go for a long time. After Fuente it will be Barry Odom at Mizzo.
After Fuente you will be lucky to afford an NAIA coach, what with Pastner's severance package gutting your Athletic Department's budget

This issue is that a lot of "basketball schools" are investing and focusing on football, too. See Duke, see UNC. KU is about to announce a $200-250 million football upgrade. No matter how much basketball is in the DNA of a school, you can no longer afford to shun football.

We are stocked with talent and a full roster. We have a true freshman starting at Center. He was just a 2* our of high school from the state of Alabama. I like the pipeline we have establish in Alabama. Jamarius Henderson is already being talked about as the next Deangelo Williams and he is just a true freshman from the state of Alabama
Having a true frosh start at center is never something to brag about.
/\ /\ /\ /\ will do until some thing better comes along!

Yep. I'd put Temple in that group too. It's time for schools to go all in on football or get left behind.
SMU-12 NCAA appearances, 1 Final Four 2014-15 & 2016-17 AAC Men's Basketball Champs

How's basketball working out for you these days? Do you like looking up at SMU? Although, you might give us a little trouble this season with Austin Nichols being a junior. Oh, wait....
Let me help you LA:
Am in Memphis for about 24 hours and this ^^^ pretty much sums up the entire city. Who would choose to live here?
As a native Memphian and someone who attended U of M for a semester I'm estatic. It's long overdue and well deserved. It was nice to see even ole' Geoff write a nice article about supporting the Tigers on Thursday night. So I hope you enjoy it while you can.
Personally, I hope we get an undefeated Memphis at the end of the year, that way not only will my trip home to see the game be a big one, but also SMU will have a full season of Morris' coaching down and if we continue to improve and avoid injuries it should be a good game.
But in the meantime good luck against the Bearcats and especially the Rebels. Hope you pull off an upset.
Hope Memphis succeeds and like SMU, they figure out a way to support the program so they don't lose the coach. Would like them to beat Rocky Top every year and set the state on it's head!

Not really since he did this last year too.
