Very happy about this and somewhat surprised here as I hadn't heard anything about us recently. He has a fantastic list of offers.

SMU came close late in the game last class for some top DL players, just have to keep at it

Just got offered by Texas. Hopefully that doesn't change things much as I still think we have a decent chance at him.

The fact that both SMU and Vanderbilt are on the list indicates to me that he is interested in the academics of schools. That might help us quite a bit.

I prefer to think that the right kind of guys are being recruited. If these were the typical fcs recruit we are accustomed to then you may be on to something
