An appeal will be successful. This is so much of a joke I'm not even upset. Can't see how this holds. They will have to literally shut down UNC basketball.

Second question for attorneys -- if the UNC sanctions are not proportionally greater, is there a case for seeking monetary damages? Roll in the P5 and selection committee leaving out the AAC, is there an anti-trust case?
