Re: ECU attendance15,500 announced
12K actual butts in seats in first half 7K by start of fourth quarter Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: ECU attendance16,000 announced
10,000 actual in first half 5.000 at start of the 4th quarter Peruna is my mascot!
Re: ECU attendanceAh yes, also known as the "how fast have people jumped off the bandwagon" thread after JMU and the NCAA news. My guess is we announce somewhere around 20k but probably have 13-15k there. I'm really curious to see how the student section continues to show after last week's loss. All I know is I'll be there +3, so there's that at least.

GO MUSTANGS!!!!
Re: ECU attendance
Student section will be 50% dropoff from the first three home games b/c it isn't a 6 or 7PM start time. Less than 1K students to start the game. Less than 300 by start of the fourth quarter. Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: ECU attendanceAll fans have disappeared and jumped off the bandwagon. 10 fans total!!!! Wow!!!
Re: ECU attendanceI heard a lot of fans saying they weren't coming back after the JMU game.
Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: ECU attendance
After one game? Who do you hang out with? Everyone in my group is still on board, hopefully we have a decent showing. People who are surprised this season so far probably had delusional expectations.
Re: ECU attendanceGiving up nearly 750 yards of offense and losing at home to a D1AA school doesn't exactly scream "COME BACK!" to an already aloof fan base.
Hope I'm wrong but I'll be shocked if we have more 13K butts in seats at kickoff. Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: ECU attendance
I know, but at least our offense is fun to watch. And, putting the outcome of the game aside, the games are fun now. I hope the predictions are wrong, but unfortunately I think they will be correct. I do think the student turnout will be good though, Chad has done a good job there. The end zone part of the horseshoe will be barren though.
